We will guide you in accommodations for you and your guests , transportations , catering , music, photographers , flowers and decor all in on simple step. we will help you select the best prices and services our market has to offer. You will receive monthly up-dates on you guest reservation and wedding processes. Marriage licenses and officiants for the ceremony are also available threw our services. Catholic church arrangements are also handled by us. We can plan small events or tours threw out the week. A long with all the assistance in planning a wedding coordinator will also conduct a rehearsal with your wedding party and plan the dinner with you for a starting event. We will serve as master of ceremony and plan a wedding protocol and time line for the actual wedding day.

Wedding day Coordination
Set price $1,800.00
We will meet the week of the wedding and go over all the wedding details that the bride has planned. A list of service providers and contact numbers will be provide to the coordinator at this meeting. A wedding day time line will be out lined at this meeting (protocol). We will conduct a rehearsal the day prior with the bridal party and a formal wedding protocol will be presented at this time. On the wedding day the coordinator will oversee all ceremony and reception set-up. Confirm arrival of all service providers and see that all is in its place (place cards ,favors, etc.) . The coordinator will coordinate with the music and catering service to follow the wedding protocol. The coordinator will serve as master of ceremony and make all formal announcements. She will continue to oversee the event till the cake cutting. This fee includes two hour meeting the week of the wedding , an hour rehearsal the day prior and the wedding day with a maximum of 10 hours.
